For sure, D-Mo looks legit, and Parsons will only get better.

They also have White, T.Jones, Montiejunas and the Raptors' pick next year (lottery?).
They would have easily made the playoffs , no longer have: Starting and backup centers, starting pf, starting sf, starting and backup pg. worst offseason in recent memory
