    This is where Matt and I disagree. There is absolutely no need to wait on Colangelo. He has been here 7 seasons and each season has been worse than the last. He has a long enough track record to make a call on. One good trade does not make up for all the bad decisions. The longer you leave him in place, the bigger mess he is going to make. Just this past offseason he saddled the team with the ridiculous Fields contract and the Derozan deal, which never, ever made any sense. Who knows what nonsense he could pull before the trade deadline. You can't risk him doing something that hamstrings this team further in the future.
