Lopsided for Phoenix and I don't see Dallas biting at the offer, always appreciate an interesting blockbuster though.

Well I've got answers for you.

First, Gortat has not been pleased with is role in PHX, and Beasley has not turned into the player the Suns were hoping for when they signed him a couple months ago.
In Marion, they get a long tenure player who have been a fan favorite for years. Marion can do it all for you and he's a fighter, not like Beasley.
In Bargs, they get a good scorer who is in dire need of a new situation and who could be their starting power forward for years to come. Alongside a good rebounder like Marion and also Luis Scola, this could work out pretty well.
In Gray, they get a center who would form a good duo at the 5 spot with Jermaine O'Neal.

Why wouldn't the Mavs bite at this offer? They want Calderon and can't do it without giving away at least a bit of talent.

    Btw thanks for your answer.
