it's a legit holiday... not called steak and BJ day... but that about covers it... more like shitloads of chocolate and candies and a BJ day
In asia, they celebrate white day a month after valentines day.... basically role reversal.. chick treats the dude... there's a general "triple the return" policy on white day... chick is supposed to do three times as much as you did on valentines
i was lucky enough to spend white day in japan with my ex girlfriend... unlucky enough that she was one of the worst i've been with at the beejers
