Indiana in: Bargs, DeRozan, Parsons, T.Jones, Rockets pick 2013+14
Raps Lineups
Lowry/Douglas/Lucas
Ross/Fields/Anderson
George/Pietrus/R.White/
Ed/Amir/Acy
Hibbert/Val/Asik/Gray (waived)
- Personally I think Val's development will slow down due to Hibbert and maybe Asik but eventually in two or three years, Val should dominate the league while having one of Hibbert or Asik backing him up.
- Douglas is a great point guard but plays for a couple of really bad teams, he can be a decent backup behind Lowry
- We will miss DeRozan but with the emerging development of Ross, he's expendable, he can be traded for a 3, someone like George who hasn't done that well this year as a Pacer. Ross is more like Carter while George is more like T-Mac, so I personally think the trade will benefit everyone.
- R.White is an interesting prospect, perhaps with a change of scenery and Toronto having one of the best health care system in the world, he can be provided with good treatment which will make his life better, I think he could be a decent backup in the near future (a better James Posey)
