I am not a fan of headcases so I would say no.

While I believe Demarcus Cousins has a much higher ceiling than the other players listed in the proposal, I doubt he will reach it or play at that level on a consistent basis because he is a headcase.

Also, please expect to receive some flak if you put the new savior's name in the hat.
