          Wow.

Remember all the pre-draft talk coming from Sullinger's camp saying that there are no back problems to worry about?

Moral of the story: Never trust an agent to give you medical advice, lol.

They still have Pierce and KG. They'll be in the playoffs.

I think this one hurts a lot though. KG can no longer command big minutes and for the most part is limited to 30mpg. Bass has struggled and really isn't very good. Sully was their one bright spot for relief for KG. Play KG more and risk his body giving out. Huge blow. I'm not sure if celts can do it anymore.

And the irony about the last part of what you said is, that it's basically a given.

Philly without Bynum will be a problem. They aren't a good team anyways despite having Holiday. We're about the same team without Gay, but with Rudy Gay, who knows...

We can make a run for the playoffs. If we had those 4 games those fucking Zebra's cost us, we'd be in the playoffs no problem. Right now its going to be a hard fight for that last spot

We're 7 games behind the Celtics right now, and that's going to be the number we should really care about right now. 35 games left, with Rudy Gay, and home games, we should try and take advantage.

We just gotta hope Boston loses a lot and we win a lot

For a team built with vets and hopes of another shot at a ring, playoffs don't mean anything. Realistically they'd be lucky to win a quarter against a team like Miami in the playoffs without Rondo. They have no incentive to keep this team together other than nostalgia. Ainge is also one gigantic asshole as a GM. He will make a trade with no emotional consideration. An 8th seed isn't good enough for Boston, who were talking about beating NY for the division before the season started.
