No help today. Boston won - again - vs. a quality opponent. I hope Ainge blows it up.

I definitely think we can. Boston, Milwaukee, and Atlanta are going to drop i can feel it. We need to string together a decent win streak and win a couple of games against conference playoff rivals to propel us into that 8th/7th spot. I don't think its that unlikely, i went 50 -50 on the vote. That Lowry, DeRozan, Gay 1-2-3 punch is going to huge for us down the stretch of the season.

Ya the clippers are pretty bad without CP3. I just hope we can beat Boston on wednesday.

I voted 15%. Which I think is generous. I just do not see a scenario where the raps make it. To many things have to go right. There's been so many opportunities for things to go right and the raps have blown them all. Not enough time left, to hard of a schedule. What's the raptors record so far against +.500 teams? like 3 and 20? It's just not going to happen unfortunately. That said I do think the odds are like 50-50 that we'll be in the hunt for the final spot and that the games in april will matter.

If we didnt have such a bad start and those unlucky breaks on games we shoulda/coulda/woulda closed out Raps would easily be in a play off spot right now, but would that mean we have Gay????? I dont know if we would.

So I guess everything worked out for the best by the way say we go on a W streak after this Boston game those last 6 games are brutal!

              I voted 'no chance'.

We're all dreaming thinking this season can be salvaged. Although I do like the nucleus of Lowry, Gay, Ross, Jonas and Amir, we're in too deep of a hole. We basically have to win at a .700 clip to finish the season. There isn't a word in the dictionary that accurately portrays how unrealistic this is.

All I'm hoping for is the acquisition of more talent between now and the start of training camp.

Slim at best. Too big a hole. But that said, it all starts wednesday against Boston.

I think its unrealistic. At this point the players should play for themselves. I would rather see less Gray and more bigV, than squander our last few games making an unrealistic playoff push. If Gay is going to be here for the foreseeable future, want him to get lots of reps with Ross and JV.

Going for the playoffs may mean our rooks see less minutes and I just don't see how a shallow PO run helps this team. It costs us development, and skips our obligation to give up a pick, which would be nice to take care of this year.

Based on the need to lose less than 13 games, my prediction is that we'll be eliminated from playoff contention in mid-March.

                    March 13th to be exact.

we'd need to win 20 games atleast to make it. Thats not too bad
