MLSE held their Players’ Gala on Thursday night, with members of the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leads, and Toronto FC on hand.
The highlight, as far as what made its way onto social media, was Raptors rookies Norman Powell and Delon Wright being forced to sing Billie Jean as an initiation into the organization. Now, Powell strikes me as the type to sing, less so for Wright. They were, uhhh, let’s just say your boy wouldn’t have been out of place up there.
