Fan Duel Toronto Raptors

What does your perfect offseason look like?

What do the 2016-17 Raptors look like for you?

Last weekend, we polled you on who you wanted with the No. 9 pick and with the No. 27 pick. The draft remains the primary focus of most, it seems, but to keep the discussion rolling through a quiet weekend (the NBA Finals are done, the Raptors aren’t holding their final draft workout until Sunday, and Canada’s exhibition games in Italy will be difficult to find streams of, if they exist), we thought we’d open it up more broad strategic thoughts on the offseason.

So in the comments, lay out what your ideal 2016 offseason looks like for the Raptors, and how that would shape the 2016-17 roster.

Is DeMar DeRozan back? Bismack Biyombo? Is Terrence Ross dealt? Are either or both of the picks used? Do you dangle the 2017 picks? Who are your primary trade or free agent targets? How the heck can they improve at the four?

This is a pretty impossible task, I realize, especially with the Raptors possessing little cap space and few exceptions, all while the market is incredibly difficult to predict as the cap rises substantially for a relatively week free agent class. And feel free to run your sentences (and scenarios) on as long as I just did.
