Fan Duel Toronto Raptors

Delon Wright out, OG Anonuby available, Ibaka starts vs. Boston

Delon Wright is out. OG is in against Boston.

Delon Wright will not be available tonight versus Boston. Some background on his left adductor injury:

Wright initially suffered his injury last Wednesday, which kept him out of the Raptors final preseason contest. Wright also missed the Raps regular-season opener vs. Cleveland. He is making progress, as he was able to get in a limited practice on Thursday. However, Wright still hasn’t gone through any full-contact, 5-on-5 work. He’ll likely need to get in a full practice before being cleared to make his season debut. Fred VanVleet should continue soaking up additional minutes behind Kyle Lowry.

In case you were wondering what an adductor is, I got you:

OG Anunoby will be available. He got hit on the face against the Cavs but is available to Nick Nurse. Both players practiced on Thursday.

Check the game preview for more details. Tip off is at 8pm tonight.

Boston beat the Sixers on opening night quite handily, and a scalp here for them would make quite an early season statement. However, that’s not going to happen since the Raptors are simply better, and will be the ones making the statements. The C**tics will be taking notes while said statements are made.
