We are excited to share our collaboration with FOCO where we’ve created a pair of new collectible bobbleheads of Raptors all-time great, Vince Carter and fan favourite, Fred VanVleet. Here is our breakdown of each of the bobbleheads.
With Vince Carter retiring this year FOCO and Raptors Republic wanted to create something special to memorialize one of the greatest Raptors of all-time. The early history of the Toronto Raptors franchise cannot be told without discussing Vince Carter. The fifth overall pick of the 1998 NBA Draft, Carter quickly made an impact upon his arrival in Toronto, averaging 18.3 points per game on his way to Rookie of the Year honours. Although Vince has an endless amount of highlights during his time with the franchise, his performance at the 2000 Slam Dunk Contest in Oakland will arguably go down as his most memorable moment in Raptors history.

On that night, Vince dazzled viewers with a series of athletic dunks, including the third dunk immortalized with this bobblehead. Suspended in air, Vince Carter’s bobblehead portrays “Vinsanity” in a leaping, dunking action pose in the iconic purple uni’s from the early 2000s. Individually numbered to 1,541 (the total number of games Carter played throughout his career), this bobblehead is “must-have” for any fan of Vince Carter during this time with the Raptors.
With our second collaboration with FOCO, we focused on capturing fan favourite, Fred VanVleet. Since joining the Raptors during the 2016-17 season after going undrafted, FVV has steadily improved to become one of the cornerstones of the franchise and is one of the most skilled players on the roster. VanVleet is known to have one of the nastiest handles in the league (check the video below) and the bobblehead embodies FVV in a low dribble pose.
