Deepthroat reports that the Raptors may be picking up Khem Birch after the Magic waive him.
The Orlando Magic are planning to waive center Khem Birch in order to give him an opportunity to play more, with the Toronto Raptors as his likely landing spot, sources tell me and @JoshuaBRobbins. Birch is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Birch is a fourth year man averaging 20 minutes a game over 48 games this season. Birch is a 6’9″ center who will have an opportunity to crack the lineup just on account of the the dearth of options available. However, he can’t shoot so don’t expect much on the offensive side other than finishing things up near the rim
TSN points out that Birch would become the sixth Canadian player to suit up for the Raptors following Anthony Bennett, Oshae Brissett, Corey Joseph, Jamaal Magloire, and Chris Boucher. Birch has averaged 4.7 points, 4.4 boards and 1.1 assists over 188 NBA games.
