Raptors 121 – Suns 100 – Boxscore Sorry to dissapoint, but WordPress crapped out on me while I was in the midst of publishing this article and I lost pretty much everything, so I’ll just make a few points, and post my game notes:
It took 2 overtimes, Bargnani waking up, Jack and Barbosa scoring like machines, but the Raptors beat the Sixers at home.
Raptors pummel the suns by 51 points to start the pre-season. The look on Suns fans faces after realizing Turkoglu sucks, and the change in scenery wont help: priceless
Adding Dampier to the Raptor front court isn't a slam dunk, there are some challenges that need to be addressed.
The Jay Triano and Bryan Colangelo combination are on the verge of a dubious honor in Raptors history. At this point, it's natural to wonder just how long these two can partner in their quest to return the Raptors to respectability.
You know that Seinfeld when George lies about being handicapped to get the job, and when they later find out that he's not, they can't fire him because he's under contract so they lock him out of his office? Something similar could be done for Marco Belinelli. I'm joking, of course, I love Marco.
Not looking good for the playoffs folks. Keep your fingers crossed.
