Raptors 905 will open their second training camp at BioSteel Centre on Tuesday, inviting the maximum allowable 17 players to try out for 12 roster spots.

Of the 17 players trying out, five were selected in (or acquired during) Sunday’s D-League Draft, four were invited from open tryouts, three return from a season ago, two are new Affiliate Players, one was acquired via trade, and two were acquired in last summer’s expansion draft.

Teams have to trim their roster to 12 by Nov. 10, not including any potential NBA assignments. The season officially gets underway Nov. 11, when the parent club can begin assigning players, but the 905 don’t tip of their regular-season schedule until Nov. 18.
