The Raptors now clear a roster spot. They can try their hand at the buyout market for a guard or some shooting, perhaps, and if that fails, Justin Champagnie has earned a conversion to a full roster spot. Eubanks was never going to get playing time on this team anyway, seeing as how there are three centers (with a few guys who play center) ahead of him on the depth chart, all of whom come off the bench.
But it means there’s more roster churn to come! Just of the subtler, signing kind, not so much trades.
