Raptors release 2018-19 broadcast schedule

Here we go!

The Toronto Raptors released their broadcast schedule for the 2018-19 season on Wednesday, once again splitting the 82 games evenly between the TSN and Sportsnet channel suites. Similarly, Sportsnet 590 and TSN 1050 once again split the radio duties down the middle. All 41 home games will also be broadcast in 4K.

TSN draws the Oct. 17 season opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers and key dates against Golden State (twice) and San Antonio (DeMar DeRozan’s return). Sportsnet gets on the board when the Boston Celtics visit Oct. 19 (an ESPN game in the U.S.) and have both games against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

NBA TV Canada will produce all 82 broadcasts for a 14th consecutive season, Matt Devlin is back for his 11th year as play-by-play commentator, and Jack Armstrong and Leo Rautins once again split duties on TSN and Sportsnet, respectively. Eric Smith and Paul Jones have you covered for games on Sportsnet 590, while Jones, Armstrong, and Sherman Hamilton have the TSN radio call.

TSN did not provide a specific breakdown of which of their games will be on which TSN property, while Sportsnet will once again air all 41 of their games on Sportsnet One.

The Raptors’ official schedule page should be updated with specific game-by-game TV information shortly. Broadcast information has not been provided for the team’s five preseason games yet.
