Raptors turn focus quickly to Cavaliers

The Raptors are going to come at the King.

The Toronto Raptors’ celebration of their second-round victory didn’t last very long. When locker room doors opened to the media, Cleveland Cavaliers study books were already open, and players were already expected to get to work.

“We ain’t satisfied,” Kyle Lowry said.

“I haven’t got a chance to enjoy it,” DeMar DeRozan said.

“We’re not done yet,” Dwnae Casey said after the game. “I know what it’s like to win a championship. I’m not saying that we can do that, but I think this group is hungry. Never say never. I know one thing, our guys will compete.”

This isn’t it, but even media is prepared to look ahead quickly:

After round one, Casey said he gave his team until midnight to appreciate the win before shifting gears. With an early wrap time Sunday and a quick trip to Cleveland forthcoming, the Raptors may only get to enjoy a meal before turning their attention to Cleveland this time around.
